To this I want to add the (in)famous picture of Margritte: the picture of a pipe that says “ceçi n’est pas un pipe”. This is also true of any model: “this is not reality”.
It gets even worse, when you realize you yourself are in this model. As you’ve invented your model, you’re necessarily part of your model. Like looking at a map, where it says “Your are here” and seeing your feet on the ground. Moving to another position will not work to see the complete picture, as your model moves with you.
Does this also mean that you’re your own legend? I guess it does.
